Strange gives to America Chavez toward the end of the movie. It was frequently very corny, such as the supposedly motivational speech that Dr. On a more granular scale, there were many issues with the dialogue. Which one should I choose? What new information does he take away from his alternate selves? However, he also comes to the realization that he has the ability to choose to be different from the other versions of himself and to work for the greater good without putting anyone else behind the wheel (i.e., letting America Chavez keep her powers). As a result, he needs to learn to be content with what he has in this universe and stop wishing for things that are unattainable (i.e., finding happiness without Christine). Strange comes to the realization that he is not all that dissimilar from the other versions of himself. It's not a compelling character relationship, and they keep showing it. Strange and Christine Palmer's relationship doesn't work out in any universe, which is something we already knew, but for some reason, they keep doing it. There is some evidence of character growth, but it does not progress in any meaningful way. Strange emotional distress, and Wong is only present for the special effects. ![]() In America, Chavez is only present to avoid trouble, Christine Palmer is only present to cause Dr. Because, as was stated earlier, this is primarily Wanda's narrative, very little material is provided for the other characters. There is a lot of room for improvement in the writing.
